I can't use the internet browser on my Vodafone R219 Windows 10
Cause 1 of 2: A firewall or anti-virus software is blocking internet browser access to the internet
You may need to change certain settings if you have installed third party security software on your computer. If your firewall or anti-virus software is configured incorrectly, you can't use your internet browser.
Solution: Open your firewall or anti-virus software installed on your computer and check that your internet browser is allowed to connect to the internet.
