I can't send and receive picture messages on my Doro 6520 Proprietary OS

Cause 3 of 5: Data roaming is turned off

To send and receive picture messages when abroad, you need to turn on data roaming.

Solution: Turn on data roaming.

Find "Data roaming"

Press the Navigation key.

Select Settings.

Select Connectivity.

Select Mobile data.

Select Data roaming.

Turn data roaming on or off

Select On to turn on the function.

Turn data roaming on or off

Select Off to turn off the function.

Return to the home screen

Press Disconnect to return to the home screen.

Press the Navigation key.

Select Settings.

Select Connectivity.

Select Mobile data.

Select Data roaming.

2 Turn data roaming on or off

Select On to turn on the function.

Select Off to turn off the function.

3 Return to the home screen

Press Disconnect to return to the home screen.
