Cause 2 of 7: Bluetooth pairing mode is turned off on the other device
To connect to another Bluetooth device, Bluetooth needs to be turned on on the other device and it must be put in pairing mode.
Solution: Turn on pairing mode on the other device and start a new search for available Bluetooth devices on your laptop.
