Cause 5 of 6: An incorrect PIN is entered

Your PIN is used to protect your SIM from unauthorised use. If an incorrect PIN is entered, you can't start your tablet.

Solution: Enter the correct PIN.

Turn on your tablet

Press On/Off until your tablet is turned on.

Step 2 of 5

Enter PIN

Key in your PIN and press OK.
If your tablet rejects the SIM:
Contact your distributor or service provider where you bought your tablet.

Turn off your tablet

Press and hold On/Off.

Turn off your tablet

Press Power off.

Step 5 of 5

Turn off your tablet

Press POWER OFF.

Press On/Off until your tablet is turned on.

Key in your PIN and press OK.
If your tablet rejects the SIM:
Contact your distributor or service provider where you bought your tablet.

Press and hold On/Off.

Press Power off.

Press POWER OFF.
