I can't make voice calls on my Doro PhoneEasy 632 Proprietary OS

Cause 6 of 11: The selected network mode is not available

If you've set your phone to use a specific network mode, it can't get a network connection if the selected network mode is out of range.

Solution: Turn on automatic network mode selection.

Find "Service selection"

Press the Left selection key.

Select Settings and press the Left selection key.

Choose network mode

Select the required network mode and press the Left selection key.

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

Press the Left selection key.
Select Settings and press the Left selection key.
Select General and press the Left selection key.
Select Network setup and press the Left selection key.
Select Service selection and press the Left selection key.

2 Choose network mode

Select the required network mode and press the Left selection key.
There may be different network modes available depending on where you are. Depending on the network mode selected, your phone will always find the network with the highest data speed and best signal.

3 Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
