I can't make voice calls on my Samsung Galaxy A22 5G Android 11.0

Cause 1 of 12: Fixed dialling is turned on

When you turn on fixed dialling, you can only call predefined numbers and do emergency calls.

Solution: Turn off fixed dialling.

Press the phone icon.

Press the menu icon.

Press Settings.

Press Supplementary services.

Press Fixed dialling numbers below the required SIM.

Turn on fixed dialling

Press Enable FDN.

Key in your PIN2 and press OK. The default PIN2 is 1111.

Press Disable FDN.

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

1 Find "Fixed dialling numbers"

Press the phone icon.
Press the menu icon.
Press Settings.
Press Supplementary services.
Press Fixed dialling numbers below the required SIM.

2 Turn on fixed dialling

Press Enable FDN.
Key in your PIN2 and press OK. The default PIN2 is 1111.

Press Disable FDN.
Key in your PIN2 and press OK. The default PIN2 is 1111.

4 Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
