Select settings for dual SIM functionality on your Samsung Galaxy S24 Android 14

In addition to your normal SIM, you can also use an eSIM in your phone. You can select which price plan you want to use for calls, messages and mobile data. To select settings for dual SIM functionality, you need to activate your eSIM.

1. Find "SIM manager"

Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.

Press Connections.

2. Turn use of price plan on or off

Press the required eSIM.

Press the indicator to turn use of the price plan on or off.

You can temporarily turn use of a price plan on or off if needed. Please note that this is not the same as cancelling a price plan.

If you turn off use of the price plan, press Turn off.

3. Select default price plan for voice calls

Press Calls.

Press the required price plan.

5. Select default price plan for mobile data

Press Mobile data.

6. Turn automatic selection of price plan for mobile data on or off

Press the indicator next to "Data switching and backup calling" to turn the function on or off.

You can set your phone to switch price plan automatically depending on the coverage and signal strength in your area.

7. Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

6. Turn automatic selection of price plan for mobile data on or off

Press the indicator next to "Data switching and backup calling" to turn the function on or off.

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
