I can't use one of my apps - Samsung Galaxy Tab A

Cause 1 of 7: The required app is damaged or deleted

In some cases files that are needed for an app to run correctly are damaged or deleted.

Solution: Uninstall the required app and try to install it again.

Find "Play Store"

Press Apps.

Find "Play Store"

Press Play Store.

Uninstall apps

Slide your finger right starting from the left side of the display.
Press My apps.

Uninstall apps

Press the required app.

Press UNINSTALL.

Press OK to confirm.

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

1 Find "Play Store"

Press Apps.
Press Play Store.

2 Uninstall apps

Slide your finger right starting from the left side of the display.
Press My apps.
Press the required app.
Press UNINSTALL.
Press OK to confirm.

3 Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
