I can't receive voice messages on my voicemail - Samsung Galaxy Tab A

Cause 1 of 1: Calls aren't diverted to your voicemail

Missed calls are only diverted to your voicemail if the correct divert settings have been selected. You can change the settings in the tablet menu.

Solution: Divert calls to your voicemail.

Press Phone.

Press the keypad icon.

Press MORE.

Press Settings.

Press More settings.
After a moment the current settings are displayed.

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

Press Phone.
Press the keypad icon.
Press MORE.
Press Settings.
Press More settings.
After a moment the current settings are displayed.
Press Call forwarding.
Press Voice call.

2 Select divert type

The current settings are displayed.

Always forward
Forward when busy
Forward when unanswered
Forward when unreachable

3 Divert calls to voicemail

Key in +447836121121 and press ENABLE.

4 Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
