I can't access the internet - Samsung Galaxy Tab A

Cause 2 of 9: No connection to a Wi-Fi network is established

If you are trying to access the internet using a Wi-Fi network, you need to be connected to a Wi-Fi network.

Solution: Connect to Wi-Fi network.

Step 1 of 6

Find "Wi-Fi"

Slide your finger down the display starting from the top edge of your tablet.
Press the settings icon.

Find "Wi-Fi"

Press Wi-Fi.

Turn on Wi-Fi

Press the indicator next to "Wi-Fi" until the function is turned on.

Connect to Wi-Fi network

A list of Wi-Fi networks within range is displayed.
Press the required Wi-Fi network.

Connect to Wi-Fi network

Follow the instructions on the display to select security settings, if required.
Press CONNECT.

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
