I can't send and receive picture messages on my Samsung Galaxy Xcover 5 Android 11.0

Cause 1 of 5: Data roaming is turned off

To send and receive picture messages when abroad, you need to turn on data roaming.

Solution: Turn on data roaming.

Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.

Press the settings icon.
