I can't use the internet connection on my Samsung Galaxy Book Windows 11

Cause 1 of 2: There's an error in your laptop's operating system

If there's an error in your laptop's operating system, it may help restarting it.

Turn on your laptop

Connect the power supply to the power plug and to a wall socket.

Turn on your laptop

When the charger is correctly connected, the LED will light up.

Turn on your laptop

Press and hold On/Off until your laptop is turned on. Follow the instructions on the screen to log on.

Turn off your laptop

Click the Windows icon.

Click the power off icon.

Turn off your laptop

Click Shut down.

Connect the power supply to the power plug and to a wall socket.

Click the Windows icon.

Click the power off icon.

Click Shut down.
