Cause 1 of 2: Do Not Disturb is turned on

If Do Not Disturb is turned on, your smartwatch is set to silent mode as long as the function is turned on.

Turn Do Not Disturb on or off

Slide your finger downwards starting from the top of the screen.

Turn Do Not Disturb on or off

Press the Do Not Disturb icon to turn the function on or off.

Return to the home screen

Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.

Slide your finger downwards starting from the top of the screen.

Press the Do Not Disturb icon to turn the function on or off.
