I can't take pictures with camera on my BlackBerry Leap BlackBerry 10.3.1

Cause 1 of 3: The pictures are saved in the wrong memory

The pictures you take can be saved in the phone memory or on the memory card. If there's not enough room in the selected memory, you need to change memory.

Solution: Change memory for saving pictures.

Turn on the camera

Press the camera icon.

Turn flash on or off

Press the menu icon.

Turn flash on or off

Press the required setting next to "Flash".

Turn geotagging on or off

Press Settings.

Turn geotagging on or off

Press the indicator next to "Geotag Pictures" to turn the function on or off.

Select memory

Press the indicator next to "Save on Media Card" to select whether to save pictures in the phone memory or on the memory card.

Take a picture.

Point the camera lens at the back of your phone at the required object.

Take a picture.

Press the camera icon to take the picture.

Return to the home screen

Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.

1 Turn on the camera

Press the camera icon.

2 Turn flash on or off

Press the menu icon.
Press the required setting next to "Flash".

3 Turn geotagging on or off

Press Settings.
Press the indicator next to "Geotag Pictures" to turn the function on or off.

4 Select memory

Press the indicator next to "Save on Media Card" to select whether to save pictures in the phone memory or on the memory card.

5 Take a picture.

Point the camera lens at the back of your phone at the required object.
Press the camera icon to take the picture.

6 Return to the home screen

Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.
